to our Affiliate Program. We want you to remain in our Affiliate
Program for a long time! We have identified some commonly asked
questions and some mistakes that we want you to avoid. Therefore,
please read this very carefully as we address the following very
important issues:

DON'T EVER CHANGE YOUR CLICK THROUGH CODE!
You
will only need one Six-Digit Account Number as long as you remain
a member of our Affiliate. Please, never re-register another
account and make sure you write down your User Name and Password
so you don't forget them.
2.
For those who have downloaded Safari Casino™ software -
VERY IMPORTANT - BACK UP YOUR ECash Direct DATA WITH OUR "USER INFO
SYSTEM"
Now
that you have gone through the process of establishing your
Six-Digit Affiliate Account Number used in your unique click
through code, we URGE YOU RIGHT NOW to use the "User Info
System". This will back up your account information in case
your computer ever crashes. By using the "User Info
System", you will accomplish the following:
- Protect
your earnings and always be able to access them
- Avoid
having to re-register your account if your computer crashes
- Only
have one account number from this point forward
- NEVER
have to wait for another PIN to arrive
- NEVER
have to remember more than one User Name and Password
3.
HOW DO I USE THE "USER INFO SYSTEM"
- As
you enter Safari Casino®, you will
be asked for your "User Name" and
"Password". However, before you do this, you will
notice a button labeled "User Info System" just
above "User Name". Please click the "User Info
System" button.
- On
the next screen, please insert a floppy disk into your
computer's "A:" or "B:" drive and select
the appropriate button on the screen. Now click on the button
labeled "Save now".
- Click
"OK"
- Once
your information has been saved to your floppy disk, keep it
in a very confidential place and DON'T LOSE IT.
The
floppy disk now contains your User Name, Password, and Six-Digit
PIP Account Number meaning that you can restore this information
in the case of a crash or un-installation.
4.
HOW DO I RESTORE MY USER INFORMATION IF MY COMPUTER EVER CRASHES
If
your computer ever crashes or you have un-installed the Safari
Casino®
software from your computer, just re-download and
re-install. Then, enter the casino and when you are asked for your
User Name and Password, again click the "User Info
System" button, insert the floppy disk containing your User
Information, and click "Yes". A message should appear
stating that your User Information was successfully restored to
your computer. Now simply enter your User Name and Password and
you will be back in business!
Again,
by doing this, you should never have to re-register again, you
will only need one PIN, and you'll always be able to access your
Six-Digit Affiliate Account containing your earnings.
5.
WHY IS MY "PIN" NECESSARY TO WITHDRAW MY EARNINGS
Your
PIN number should arrive via regular snail mail within 5-7
business days after you registered your Six-Digit Account. In
order to withdraw any earnings that you have now or will have in
the future from your Six-Digit PIP Account, you must have your PIN
number ready. Please
keep your PIN very confidential and in a very safe place. THE
ONLY WAY TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL FROM YOUR E-CASH ACCOUNT IS WITH
YOUR PIN NUMBER.
