We feel our customers will find that all of us at Safari Casino® VOLUNTARILY abide by a strict set of ethical guidelines established by the Interactive Gaming Council. We call it our Safari Casino® "Code Of Conduct":

3. Consumer Privacy and Data Protection:

Safari Casino® has designed all services to protect customer privacy and confidentiality. Safari Casino® has instituted controls to detect and eliminate fraud and to protect data and the system from internal and external hacking.

4. Truth in Advertising:

Safari Casino® will be truthful in all advertising and promotional efforts and shall publish only accurate information about our operations. Gaming and wagering rules and registration procedures are made available to the public online.

5. Dispute Resolution and Audit Trails:

In order to provide timely and efficient dispute resolution, Safari Casino® retains detailed transaction records of all financial dealings. These records are archived and accessible to the client, any legitimate gaming commission, or government gaming commission authority upon request.

6. Limiting Access by Minors:

Safari Casino® maintains adequate controls to prohibit minors from accessing our gaming system. These controls require customers to declare that they are of lawful age and Safari Casino® has instituted reasonable measures and controls to verify this information.

7. Controlling Compulsive Gambling:

Safari Casino® is committed to detecting and reducing compulsive gambling. Our procedures include monthly deposit limits and analysis of gambling patterns.

8. Banking and Transaction Processing:

9. Payouts:
